Republic Services has been monitoring local weather conditions and road conditions throughout Metro Detroit. The Metro Detroit area has already received several inches of an expected 6 to 12 inch snowfall through Monday, January 6. Based on Superior Township's observations of road conditions as well as forecasts from local weather agencies, Republic Services has made the decision to postpone collection services for Monday, January 6, 2014.
